Dallas started out in the Customer Service Industry at 15 years old and hit the ground running. Always working full-time while attending school, Dallas has dedicated her career to finding out what people need and making it happen! Dallas started being recruited to managment teams at the age of 17 due to excellent time management skills and being known for being highly efficient. Dallas was born and raised in the Dover area, bringing knowledge and experience from being a true local. She is currently working on finishing her degree in General Sciences. Friends and co-workers often state that if they need information, or need a task accomplished, just ask Dallas! Some even refer to her as "Google without the internet!" Dallas enjoys spending time with her family playing games and doing puzzles while also spending plenty of time with the family pets. She is a member of the local Moose Lodge, along with many other charitable organizations such as the Arbor Day Foundation, The National Wildlife Refuge, PetCo Foundation, and the Humane Society. She often rescues and rehomes pets while also finding time to participate with realty associations such as National Association of REALTORS®, Delaware Association of REALTORS®, and Kent Count Association of REALTORS®. Kevin is a 30 year US Coast Guard and US Navy Veteran who prides himself on doing things right the first time. He brings attention to detail and a love for customer service that is hard to match. Kevin has lived in 9 states to include ( Alaska, Massachusetts, Florida, South Carolina, Washington, DC, California, Maryland, Illinois and now Delaware) over a 29 year period and can relate and identify people from all walks of life. Kevin is highly motivated and has invested his time to learn the 3 Delaware Counties as it relates to "All things Real Estate" with help from the Olson Realty Brokers and Team Members. Kevin graduated from Charleston Southern University in 2007 having earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Charleston South Carolina.

I am blessed to have over 9 years in the Real Estate Industry, and truly do love it. Having worked in new construction home sales for a year and several months it sparked my love affair for the industry that I now call a profession: residential real estate.
