Gina began her career in real estate by originating mortgages for Wells Fargo from 1999 to 2005, where she learned how liberating homeownership can be for individuals and how the financial aspects of owning a home are unique to each household.

After leaving Wells Fargo to start a family, Gina felt a strong desire to continue working in real estate. From 2004 through 2012, she oversaw the rehabilitation of distressed properties for a small group of investors, gaining hands-on experience in construction, property management, and home design. It was a natural progression for her to earn her real estate license in 2010.

In 2019, Gina became the owner and manager of First Coast Realty, taking on responsibility for the business's daily operations and continued growth. In 2024, she became the broker of record for the company, solidifying her leadership role. Since earning her license, Gina has represented buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Delaware, always striving to provide the highest level of service tailored to each unique situation.
